Affiliate stock & commission clawback

  • Stock bought to meet a monthly sales goal is treated as sold — it's not automatically returnable simply because it wasn't resold in time.

  • Defective or damaged stock can still be returned or exchanged under the standard terms.

  • If a referred customer returns their order, the commission earned on that sale is automatically reversed from the affiliate's balance.

  • If commission was already paid out, the clawed-back amount is deducted from the next payout.

Terms in brief

  • Prices shown in Mozambican Metical (MT), inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Material changes are communicated in-app and by email/WhatsApp, in Português and English.

  • Zaizah branding, product names and marketing materials remain Zaizah's property.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Moçambique.
